Shipping
When will my order ship?
If the products you have ordered are marked as “In Stock”, and you have ordered before 2pm, your order will most likely ship the same day! If you order after 2pm or we are very busy, your order will most likely ship the following business day.
When will my order arrive?
We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Your order will be sent with either Australia Post or if it is a much heavier item, will ship with FedEx / TNT.
Depending on the carrier and your location will determine how long it will take to arrive with you. In most cases, orders will be with you in 1-5 business days.
Can you leave my order outside my door?
It depends on the situation. The majority of orders shipped with Australia Post will be left in a safe place if possible to do so. If you would like signature on delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.
Larger items shipped with FedEx/TNT will require someone to be home to sign for the delivery.
Can I pickup my order?
Absolutely! If you wish to collect your order from our showroom / warehouse, please contact us to arrange a collection time. We are by appointment only so please do not show up without a pre-arranged appointment.
Payments
What payment options do you offer?
Payments through our online store are processed by PayPal, so you have the option to use your PayPal account or use a VISA, MasterCard or Amex through their payment portal.
If you wish to pay via direct deposit please contact us before placing an order.
Sorry we no longer accept any form of cheques.
Are any credit card details stored on your site?
No. We do not store any form of payment information.
Can I pay cash?
Yes! If you are picking up your order from our warehouse, you are welcome to pay cash. (Australian currency only).
Do you offer any interest free payment options?
Whilst we do not offer anything directly, we are exploring options to offer this service in the future.
You can use PayPal pay-in-4 if you have that setup on your account.
Product & Warranty
What are the warranty periods on your products?
The majority of brands we sell offer a 12 month manufacturer return to base warranty.
We offer a full 3-year warranty on all Esoteric products purchased from AV Gallery.
What is your return policy?
If you have any problems with anything purchase from AV Gallery we request you get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to help resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
We do not take returns for change of mind. Depending on the situation, we will consider a swap/exchange for a like priced product.
Can I order a custom length cable?
Yes. Whilst we try to provide the ability to order a range of cable lengths, there may be times when your desired cable length is not available direct from our site. In those cases, please contact us directly for a price and lead time for your desired cable length.

Yes. We have a over 40 years of combined experience with building high quality cables. Furutech offer an extensive range of exceptional quality raw cable and high precision connectors to choose from, catering for a wide range of applications and budgets. From a single cable to a full system loom, we can help.

Are your products from the authorised Australian distributor?
Yes, 100%. The vast majority of products on our website are imported by our parent company Reference Audio Visual.
All other products not imported by ourselves are sourced from the local Australian distributor. We do NOT deal in any grey imports and urge everyone to support the local audio market and buy products imported through authorised Australian distributors only.
